YOUR BUSINESS DOESN’T RUN ON GENERIC.

Your software
shouldn’t either.

A repair shop and a restaurant have different rhythms. ServiceOS gives each its own edition, with workflows designed for the work people actually do.

Start with the right foundation. Shape the company setup around your name, locations, services, and team.

01 / CHOOSE YOUR FOUNDATION

Two editions.
One clear direction.

Explore the workflow that fits your business.
See current availability below.

02 / BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK

Make the next step
the obvious one.

The value is in the everyday details:
clear handoffs, useful context, and fewer loose ends.

01 — VISIBILITY

See what needs
attention.

Follow repair stages or restaurant orders through a defined workflow. Give your team a common language for what’s waiting, in progress, and ready.

02 — CONTEXT

Keep the details
with the work.

Repair information, customer decisions, or kitchen instructions belong with the job. Reduce the need to piece together the story from disconnected notes.

03 — CONTROL

Build around
your business.

Separate edition profiles provide a starting point for your identity, locations, and operating policies. Implementation is reviewed for each company.

03 / YOUR NAME ON THE DOOR. YOUR NAME ON THE SCREEN.

Built to become
yours.

We work with you to configure the details. A guided implementation gives your business a defined setup, rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.

Launch when it’s ready.

ServiceOS is in development. We’re preparing business-specific editions and welcome conversations about fit. Live commercial operation is not available yet.

REPAIR / TEST WORKSPACE

An established repair workflow,
being prepared for other companies.

Computer Depot’s test app includes repair intake, workflow tracking, customer approvals, staff access, and communication controls. Generalized company setup and a separate deployment must be completed and verified for each new business.

RESTAURANT / PROTOTYPE

Try the shape of service.
Help define what comes next.

The restaurant test workspace includes counter and table orders, drinks and specials, inventory counts, kitchen progress, role-based staff access, company logos and colors, and shared server records. Payments are simulated. Live payments, printers, offline recovery, and launch testing remain in development.

No live card processing, hardware compatibility, regulatory certification, or commercial service guarantees are offered by this preview.

BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Can you put my company’s name and branding on it?

The restaurant test edition supports company logo upload and matching app colors. Both editions have company setup profiles; the reusable repair branding interface and a separate environment for each company still require implementation and verification.

Can a restaurant use counter and table service together?

Yes. The restaurant prototype offers counter service, table service, or both during company setup. The test workspace uses shared server records with administrator, manager, and employee access.

Will my business share another company’s customer records?

The planned initial model is a dedicated deployment and database for each business. Data separation must be implemented and tested before a business launches. A branding profile alone is not a security boundary.

What does ServiceOS cost?

Commercial pricing and licensing have not been finalized. Contact us to discuss your locations, workflow, setup needs, and required integrations. No payment or subscription starts from this website.

Can I use my existing payment terminal or POS computer?

We will review the exact equipment, operating system, browser, payment provider, and printer requirements. Compatibility needs verification; an existing device is not automatically supported.

Can I start using it for live business today?

Not yet. The repair edition needs new-company configuration and launch checks; the restaurant edition remains a prototype. We can discuss a demonstration and plan the work required for your business.
